Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Senate Bill 48, there were minor edits to the wording around the regulation of fees and charges by local school boards. The changes clarify how schools can establish their fee schedules for textbooks and other expenses. This matters because it helps ensure that the guidelines for charging students remain clear and consistent, which can affect how families budget for educational costs.
