GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA SESSION 2025 H 1 HOUSE BILL 834 Short Title:
"(l) A person applying for any license under this Article shall be offered an opportunity to participate in the Organ Donor Registry internet site established pursuant to G.S.

For persons applying online for a license or permit under this Article, the Commission shall work with the State Board of Elections to mail a voter registration form to any person opting to receive a voter registration form.
