(i) Physician assistants applyingapplyingfor for licensure bybyendorsement endorsement under G.S.
(h) TheBoardThe Board shall not denydenyalicensee's alicensee's annual registration based solelysolelyon onthelicensee'sthelicensee's failure to become board certified." SECTION 4.
(b) Allsalaries,compensation,andexpensesincurredorallowedto carryoutthepurposes of this Article shall be paid by the Medical Board exclusively out of the fees received by the Medical Boardas authorized bybythis this Article or funds received from othersources.
InnoIn no caseshall any salary, expense, or other obligation authorized by this Article be charged against the State treasury.
