Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Senate Bill 513 includes specific requirements for studies related to wind energy facilities. It now mandates a detailed description of civil and military air navigation routes affected by these projects, as well as an examination of the noise impacts from wind turbines. These additions are important because they aim to ensure that safety and community concerns are addressed before approving new wind energy developments. This helps protect both air traffic operations and local residents' quality of life.
