The updated version of Senate Bill 400 has refined some of the language regarding the Case Review Multidisciplinary Team and its operation. Changes include clarifying the timeline for case reviews and ensuring that reports do not disclose sensitive information. This matters because it emphasizes the team's responsibility to maintain confidentiality while establishing clear procedures for reviewing cases, which can help improve the effectiveness of protective services.
