What changed in the latest version

In the revised version of House Bill 366, additional language has been included to clarify that sheriffs from all counties must issue licenses or permits for firearm ownership. This change emphasizes the uniformity of the licensing process across the state and ensures that the licensing will include a unique embossed seal for authenticity. This matters because it aims to streamline the process and improve security measures in issuing firearms permits.
