Homeland Security and Military and Veterans Affairs, if favorable, Finance, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House February 12, 2025 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO ALLOW DISABLED VETERANS TO PREQUALIFY FOR THE DISABLED VETERAN PROPERTY TAX HOMESTEAD EXCLUSION.
Upon receipt of an application underthis subsection,theassessor ofthecounty in which the application is filed must notify the applicant of the applicant's qualification for eligibility for property tax relief under this section within 30 days.
