Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House April 1, 2025 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO REPAIR AND ENHANCE DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS (DAV) ORGANIZATION FACILITIES.
SECTION 1.(a) There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) in recurring funds for eachyearofthe2025-2027fiscalbienniumtoestablishandadministeragrantprogramto eligible nonprofit Disabled American Veterans (DAV) chapters to (i) renovate and expand their facilities and (ii) provide additional resources to disabled veterans.
