In the latest version of Senate Bill 755, some lines of text were added while others were removed, but the overall content largely remains the same. The changes clarify the process by which the licensing board can impose restrictions or reprimands and outline how it can seek legal protections through the courts. This matters because it ensures that there is clear language about the board’s authority and methods, potentially improving accountability and transparency in disciplinary actions.
