Rules and Operations of the Senate March 25, 2025 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO AMEND THE NORTH CAROLINA CONSTITUTION AND REPEAL A CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION THAT RECOGNIZES MARRIAGE BETWEEN ONE MAN AND ONE WOMAN AS THE ONLY DOMESTIC LEGAL UNION THAT IS VALID OR RECOGNIZED BY THE STATE.
