The changes to Senate Bill 452 mainly involve clarifying the language around legal terminology and the responsibilities of parties involved in underage judicial matters. Certain phrases, such as those defining relationships and titles (like "parent" or "mother"), were refined for better understanding. These updates are important because they aim to ensure protections and clear guidance for underage individuals in legal situations, making it easier for all parties involved to understand their rights and responsibilities.
