What changed in the latest version

In the latest version of Senate Bill 448, a line referring to individuals enrolled in the Health Care Workforce Development (HCWD) program who become medically improved has been added. This change specifies that those who improve health-wise while enrolled in the program should be recognized. This clarification matters because it ensures that individuals in the HCWD program are properly supported and acknowledged, which could impact their eligibility for continued programs or benefits.
