APPROPRIATION SECTION 4.(a) There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public SafetySafetythe the sum of one hundred fiftyfiftythousand thousand dollars ($150,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2027-2028 fiscal year to allocate to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office to be used to support the establishment of a counter trafficking task force by the Sheriff's Office to combat the growing number of incidents involving human trafficking, child sexual assault, and child sexual exploitation.
