What changed in the latest version

The updated version of the bill includes clearer guidelines on how the Senate can convene in the absence of its President and President Pro Tempore. Specifically, it describes the chain of command for who leads the Senate if those key figures are unavailable, including who can call the Senate to order. This matters because it ensures that there is a defined process for maintaining order and continuity in the Senate's operations, preventing confusion during critical times.
