The bill HB 3825 was amended to simplify the definition of "skill" in gambling. The changes clarify that skill refers to a player's experience, precision, and ability to utilize knowledge for winning more often than less experienced players. This matters because it helps differentiate between games of chance and those that rely on skill, potentially impacting regulations around gambling in Illinois.
