Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 2072 has removed the reference to amending Section 9 of the Physical Fitness Services Act. Additionally, it now states that certain changes to Sections 2 and 8 will only take effect if another bill (House Bill 2525) becomes law. This change is significant because it clarifies the conditions under which amendments will happen, potentially streamlining the legislative process and making it easier for fitness centers to understand the scope of the services they provide.
