The changes to SB 192 include adding a short title for the bill, which will now be known as the "Manufactured Home Installation Act." Additionally, the original introduction text that provided detailed information about the bill's provisions has been removed. This shift matters because it simplifies the language, making it easier for the public to reference and understand the purpose of the legislation, which focuses on ensuring manufactured homes are installed on permanent foundations for safety and stability.
