Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of SB 2015, the bill has been changed to ensure that all absentee ballots that are marked as "Rejected" will be counted, and that the total number of these rejected ballots will be reported to the State Board of Elections. This is important because it increases transparency in the election process and ensures that even rejected ballots are accounted for, which can help provide a clearer picture of voter participation and potential issues with absentee voting. Additionally, the previous requirement for voters to provide their birth date and partial Social Security number has been removed, simplifying the process for voters.
