Plain-language change summary

The updated version of House Resolution 1113 removes references to Chicago's relationship with Shenyang and the specific case of a missing Falun Gong practitioner, Yunhe Zhang. This change sharpens the focus on the broader issues of organ harvesting and human rights violations concerning Falun Gong followers in China. By emphasizing the call for investigation into these practices, the resolution aims to draw more attention to the urgent need for action against human rights abuses. This matters because it raises awareness about the severity of the situation and encourages governmental engagement in addressing these injustices.
