The recent amendments to SB 698 replaced specific language regarding land title line identification with a more streamlined process for labeling related to the United States Rectangular System. This change simplifies how these legal lines are documented in photographs or mosaics. By removing unnecessary jargon, the amendment aims to make compliance easier for users, ensuring clearer communication about land boundaries. This could benefit property owners and developers who rely on accurate mapping and documentation.
