Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 3975 now includes specific requirements for the Department of Public Health to create a video presentation on nutritional health for new enrollees in the TANF and Food Stamp programs, as well as the early intervention program. Additionally, it establishes a clear timeline, stating that the Department of Human Services must complete this development within six months of the bill becoming law.
