Plain-language change summary

The latest version of SB 1014 introduces a new section under the School Code, which addresses a specific issue related to educational loans, while removing a section from the Higher Education Student Assistance Act that required the Commission to share personal information of certain loan defaulters with the Secretary of State. This change shifts the focus from data sharing to potentially more supportive provisions regarding schools. It's significant because it could lead to a more protective stance on student privacy and data management in relation to educational loans.
