In the updated version of HB 2201, changes were made to clarify the rules around various liquor licenses. Specifically, it states that most licenses will remain valid until they are revoked or suspended, while non-beverage licenses only expire after all permitted purchases are used up. This is important because it provides clearer guidelines for both license holders and regulators, ensuring that everyone understands the duration and conditions of these licenses.
