The updated version of HB 1310 makes some important adjustments regarding real estate appraisers in New Hampshire. First, it establishes stricter qualifications for certified appraisers who supervise apprentice appraisers, ensuring that they have at least two years of experience without disciplinary issues. Additionally, it allows individuals who are already licensed in another state to obtain a temporary license to work in New Hampshire. These changes aim to enhance the quality of appraisal services and streamline the licensing process for out-of-state professionals.
