L. 1966, p. 2120), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 1, 1971 (Ga. L. 1971, p. 2856), an Act approved March 28, 1974 (Ga. L. 1974, p. 3648), and an Act approved March 13, 1978 (Ga. L. 1978, p. 3189); to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
