AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE BUDGET RESERVE FUND AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO ADDRESS REDUCTIONS IN FEDERAL FUNDING.
After the transfer is made pursuant to this subsection, no further transfers shall be made to the Budget Reserve LCO No.

(b) In accordance with subsection (e) of section 4-30a of the general statutes, on June 30, 2026, any amount in the Budget Reserve Fund that exceedseighteenper cent ofthenet GeneralFundappropriationsfor the House Bill No.

8003 fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, shall be deemed appropriated and transferred for the purposes of making additional payments toward unfunded past service liability of the state employees retirement system or the teachers' retirement system, as determined by the Treasurer to be in the best interests of the state.
