AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS' RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO STATUTES CONCERNING ENERGY AND TECHNOLOGY.
(h) Any applicant [that] who submits an initial application under this section for a facility described in subdivision (1) of subsection (a) of SB1290section /16-50i Filewhere the applicant intends to submit one or more additional applications under this section within five years of the date of the initial application for additional facilities described in said subdivision that will either be physically connected to the facility Senate Bill No.
