(PH) AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF FUNDS IN THE TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUND.
(c) Commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, annual disbursements from the Tobacco Settlement Fund shall be made as follows:
(c) Commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, [2023] 2025, annual disbursements from the Tobacco Settlement Fund shall be made asfollows:(1)TotheTobaccoandHealthTrustFundinanamountequal to [twelve] twenty-two million seven hundred thousand dollars;
