The amendment to s.
The Legislature finds that it is a public necessity that information received by the Department of State from a federal agency, another state, or the District of Columbia pursuant to a memorandum of understanding, which is confidential or exempt pursuant to federal law or the laws of the applicable state or the District of Columbia, be made confidential and exempt from s.
98.075(2)(c), Florida Statutes, made by this act shall stand repealed on October 2, 2030, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
