Subsection (8) is added to section 125.01, Florida Statutes, to read:
125.01 Powers and duties.— (8)(a) Each sheriff shall designate at least one parking lot at the sheriff's office, or substation thereof, as a neutral safe exchange location at which parents who exercise time- sharing pursuant to a parenting plan or time-sharing schedule may meet to exchange the minor child.
