(Effective July 1, 2024) Not later than October 1, 2025, the Commissioner of Housing shall submit a report on the commissioner's expenditure of the funds appropriated pursuant to section 1 of this act to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and budgets of state agencies and housing in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
