9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
The department shall monitor continued eligibility for temporary cash assistance through periodic reviews consistent with the Page 1of 2 CODING:

Benefits may not be denied to an individual solely on the basis of a trafficking conviction pursuant to s.
