None Explanation The bill authorizes $20 million in General Obligation bonds for the constructionofanewbarracksforTroopDoftheDivisionofStatePolice inDanielson.
To theextent bondsare fully allocated andexpended,total debt service is expected to be approximately $28.6 million over the 20- year duration of the bonds, with annual payments starting no earlier than FY 26.
The Out Years The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would continue into the future subject to the terms of any bonds issued.

SUMMARY This bill authorizes $20 million in new state general obligation bonds in FY 25 to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for constructing a new barracks for the State Police Troop D in Danielson.
By law, the bonds are subject to standard issuance procedures and have a maximum term of 20 years.
