(b) The Commissioner of Correction shall retain an easement for purposes of a fire department staging area on said parcel of land.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

(b) was added, and "which deed or instrument shall include provisions to carry out the purposes of subsection (b) of this section" was added in Subsec.

The state would lose use of the asset and gain revenues up to the fair market value of the property (valued at approximately $12,600).
The state would retain an easement for a fire department staging area.The townofSomers wouldgainuse ofan asset and would pay fair market value of the property and the administrative costs of the conveyance.

The Out Years The conveyance action is one time in nature.
Control of the asset would continue into the future as described above, subject to future municipal decisions.
