8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
Subsection (5) is added to section 468.905, Florida Statutes, as created by SB ___,994, 2022 Regular Session, to read:

Page468.917 1Deposit of 1funds.—All CODING:moneys collected by the department under this part from licensure fees or civil penalties must be deposited into the department’s Professional Regulation Trust Fund for use by the department for administration of this part.
Section 3.
