Plain-language change summary

In the updated version of Bill HB 823, the section that outlined eligibility for student assistance grants has been revised to remove provisions for students in aviation maintenance schools. This means that those specific students will no longer be considered for these grants regardless of their curriculum requirements. This change is significant because it narrows the scope of who can receive financial assistance, which may affect students pursuing careers in aviation.
