hb0905-02-erhb0905-01-c1 F L O R I D A H O U S E O F R E P R E S E N T A T I V E S ENROLLED CS/HB905 2022Legislature2022 petition, financial affidavit, Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act affidavit, if any, notice of hearing, and temporary injunction, if any, to the sheriff or a law enforcement agency of the county where the respondent resides or can be found, who shall serve it upon the respondent as soon thereafter as possible on any day of the week and at any time of the day or night.
