or Page 1 of 3 HB038720.100 - 1584 - XXXX 4/15/2024 2:56 PM Engrossed UNOFFICIAL COPY 24 RS HB 387/EN (b) The replacement of the teacher of record for more than twenty (20) consecutive instructional days[Any applicant for emergency substitute teaching who possesses a bachelor's degree in any subject area from a regionally or nationally accredited institution of postsecondary education shall be granted a certificate for substitute teaching from the Education Professional Standards Board subject to the provisions of KRS 161.120(1).
