(1) If a will refers to a separate written statement or list to dispose of items of tangible personal property not otherwise specifically bequeathed, that written statement or list shall be given effect to the extent that it describes items of tangible personal property and their intended recipients with reasonable certainty and is signed by the testator although the written statement or list itself does not satisfy the requirements of KRS 394.040.
(1) If a will refers to a separate written statement or list to dispose of items of tangible personal property not otherwise specifically bequeathed, that written statement or list shall be given effect to the extent that it describes items of tangible personal property and their intended recipients with reasonable certainty and is signed and dated by the testator although the written statement or list itself does not satisfy the requirements of KRS 394.040.
(a) Referred to as a writing that is in existence at the time of the testator's death;
(a) Handwritten or typewritten;
(b) Prepared before or after the execution of the will;
