UNOFFICIAL COPY 24 RS SB 295/GA AN ACT relating to vaccines.
Any COVID-19 vaccine, modified ribonucleic acid (modRNA) vaccine, or messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine shall not be required for any individual for the purposes of student enrollment, employment, or medical treatment in the Commonwealth.
Any COVID-19 vaccine shall not be required for any individual for the purposes of:

(1) Student enrollment or participation in any school-sponsored program or extracurricular activity;
(2) Employment with an employer as defined in KRS 344.030(2), whether paid or unpaid, including but not limited to internships or any other type of work-based learning that provides work experience in a particular occupation;
(3) Acquiring or maintaining any professional license;
or (4) Receiving any health care service, including but not limited to any health care procedure, treatment, or service rendered by a provider within the scope of practice for which the provider is licensed or certified and includes physical and behavioral health care.
