hb0255-02-erhb0255-01-c1 F L O R I D A H O U S E O F R E P R E S E N T A T I V E S ENROLLED CS/HB 255 2020 Legislature Commission on Human Relations determines that reasonable grounds exist to believe that a prohibited action has occurred, is occurring, or is to be taken which requires corrective action, the Florida Commission on Human Relations shall report the determination together with any findings or recommendations to the agency head and may report that determination and those findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Chief Financial Officer.
