The updated version of Bill SB 902 has made some significant changes. Specifically, it has removed some parts related to how the bill is labeled and its procedural references, while also emphasizing the requirements placed on high deductible health plans. This is important because it clarifies the expectations for these health plans, ensuring they have consistent annual deductibles and adjust those based on individual circumstances, which could make healthcare costs more manageable for families.
