Plain-language change summary

The revised bill now specifies that the pilot program to improve housing projects will focus on both elderly tenants and younger tenants with disabilities, maintaining a commitment to inclusivity. Additionally, the requirement has shifted from applying to any housing authority with three buildings to each housing authority overseeing designated locations. These changes clarify the bill's intent and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of these specific tenant groups. This matters because it reinforces support for vulnerable populations, promoting better living conditions and social integration.
