Plain-language change summary

The changes between the two versions of the bill primarily involve the removal of introductory identifiers and a statement of purpose. Both versions maintain the requirement for the Department of Economic and Community Development, with various partners, to conduct a study on the state's cybersecurity job training pipeline and to submit a report on educational resources available for cybersecurity careers. The practical effect remains the same: the study will inform legislative committees about resources geared toward preparing students for these careers.
