Plain-language change summary

The amended bill removes the designation of June third as Clubfoot Day and retains the designations for Cable Technician Recognition Day (September eighth), Military Spouses' Day (November twelfth), Sikh Genocide Remembrance Day (November thirtieth), and Eating Disorders Awareness Week (the fourth week in February). This change means that there will no longer be a specific day for raising awareness about clubfoot, while the other observances are maintained for their respective causes.
