Plain-language change summary

The revised bill specifies that residential automatic pesticide misting systems cannot be installed or used within twenty feet of the boundary of a property owned by someone else. It clarifies that this regulation does not apply to commercial nurseries or agricultural uses. This change narrows the restriction to a specific distance from property lines, potentially allowing more flexibility in residential areas while still addressing pesticide exposure.
