The amendment to SB 194 changes the requirement for certification of the annual financial report from two authorized officers to just one authorized officer of the charitable organization. Additionally, the requirement for one of the certifying officers to be the chief fiscal officer has been removed. This means that the certification process for financial reports could be simpler, as only one officer needs to certify the report rather than two.
