What changed in the latest version
9 added · 14 removedPlain-language change summary
The amendment changed the title of the bill to specify that it concerns "expedited permitting procedures" instead of just "expedited permitting," which emphasizes a procedural focus. Additionally, the terms "physical expansion of an existing business" became "expansion of an existing business" in the context of permit applications. This matters because the changes clarify the scope of the bill and improve consistency in language regarding the types of business activities that are impacted by the expedited permitting process.
