What changed in the latest version
5 added · 10 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended version of the bill specifies that for license renewal, applicants must complete forty hours of continuing professional education each year since their last issuance or renewal. Notably, if the applicant's principal place of business is outside the state, they can certify completion of education requirements from their home state instead. Additionally, the amendment removes a part of the text that specified the board's authority regarding continuing education course regulations, streamlining the language. This change clarifies the requirements for out-of-state professionals and simplifies the text concerning board regulations.
