What changed in the latest version
7 added · 10 removedPlain-language change summary
The amendment to Bill SB 517 clarifies language concerning how notices are provided to individuals with an interest in land being taken for highway improvements. Specifically, the text now states that notice shall be mailed to "each such person" rather than just "each," ensuring consistency in the wording. This change matters because it aims to enhance the clarity of the notification process, which is essential for protecting the interests of landowners affected by the commissioner’s actions.
